1. What is a Day-Of coordinator?

Simply put, a day-of coordinator is someone who has ALL the answers on your wedding weekend and most importantly, who isn’t YOU!

Once you have established a budget and made all the decisions, we come alongside you throughout the planning process so we can ensure all the details of the day are covered, and then see to it that your vision is flawlessly executed.

2. What is the difference between a Day-0f coordinator and the venue coordinator?

The majority of the time, your venue will have someone who is willing to run things on your behalf.

However, they are not the same. They only coordinate the specific details that they are responsible for: dimming lights, opening the doors for vendors, food production and service, etc. Those responsibilities eliminate their ability to be focused on every aspect of YOU, your timeline beginning to end, getting you down the aisle, packing your personal belongings at the end of the night, amongst other things. Although we work very closely with those managers, they are focused on how they represent their company, while we are focused on representing you!!!

3. Can you just show up the day-of and I’ll give you my timeline? What if I’m organized?

However organized you may be, for our team to successfully understand your expectations and implement your vision, there is an incredible amount of information, communication, and preparation required prior to the wedding day.

We heavily come into play 6-8 weeks prior to your event. This is when we begin fine-tuning every single detail of your wedding day such as building a timeline, creating floor plans, getting your vendor contacts together, just to name a few. It is how we get inside your head in order to confidently be YOUR voice of direction and problem solver from that point forward, throughout your wedding weekend. Your special day is intended solely for you and your love to focus on one another, freeing you both to fully experience your dream. We will make that happen!

4. Why isn’t a family member or friend able to do the job?

It is nearly impossible to be a guest and a cruise director.
